Mumbai: Actress Vibhavi Upadhyay, who rose to fame with the Indian sitcom ‘Sarabhai vs. Sarabhai’, died in a car accident.
According to Indian media reports, while sharing the story on photo and video sharing platform Instagram, producer JD Majithia informed the fans about the death of the actress that her car met with an accident in the northern regions of India.
While sharing the story, he wrote that ‘Life is so unpredictable, a great actress and friend Vibhavi Upadhyay, who played the role of ‘Jasmine’ in ‘Sarabhai Vs Sarabhai’, had an accident in her car in northern India. As a result, he lost his life’.
JD Majithia, while sharing his Insta story last night, further said that his family will bring him to Mumbai tomorrow at 11 am to pay the last rites.
It should be noted that Vibhavi Upadhyay also worked with Deepika Padukone in the 2020 film ‘Chhappaak’ and ‘Tameer’ (2023).
