America: Wanting to continue strategic partnership with Saudi Arabia

Riyadh: The United States, angry with Saudi Arabia for oil production and making several trade agreements with China, has once again expressed its desire for strategic partnership.

In an exclusive interview with Al Arabiya, US National Security Council Strategic Communications Coordinator John Kirby said that we have more than 80 years of relations with Saudi Arabia which should continue in the public interest.

John Kirby also expressed the desire that the US wants to continue the strategic partnership related to the national security of Saudi Arabia for the sake of its people.

John Kirby, strategic communication coordinator of the US National Security Council, said that the Joe Biden administration is making serious efforts to stabilize relations with Saudi Arabia in the new US administration.

John Kirby said he had received positive signals from the Saudi government. We are well aware of the important role of Saudi Arabia in sustainable peace in the Middle East and we will not allow the common enemy to gain a foothold there.

It should be noted that the demand of US President Joe Biden to increase oil production was rejected by the OPEC countries including Saudi Arabia, while Saudi Arabia has recently signed dozens of trade agreements with China.
