Argentina’s Vice President narrowly escapes assassination attempt

Buenos Aires: Argentine Vice President Cristina Fernandez narrowly escaped an assassination attempt.

According to foreign media, at the time of the attack, Cristina Fernandez was among her supporters outside the house when an armed man tried to shoot her.

According to the report, the attacker fired a pistol towards Christina Fernandez, but the bullet did not fire, due to which she escaped a major accident. Cristina Fernandez has also served as president of Argentina twice, in 2007 and 2015.
