Paris: Petrol bomb attack on Turkish consulate in Marseille in France, no casualties or financial loss.
Turkey’s Marseille Consul General Arda Olotash has said in a statement that 6 masked men escaped after throwing a petrol bomb at the Turkish consulate. After the security personnel sounded the alarm, the French police immediately reached the scene and the investigation of the incident has been started.
He has said that thankfully no one was injured in the attack and no material damage was done. We have filed a complaint and are in contact with Marseille police. Consul General Arda Olu Tash has expressed ignorance about the reason for the attack and the attackers.
