In America Gay Nightclub firing: 5 dead and 18 wounded   

Colorado: A gunman entered a gay nightclub in the US state of Colorado and opened fire indiscriminately, killing 5 people and wounding 18.

According to the international news agency, in the shooting incident in the gay night club in the US state of Colorado, the police have arrested a suspect who is a homosexual woman.

A statement released by Kew Nightclub said, “This attack on our community is tragic. We thank the brave people who responded quickly and subdued the gunman, otherwise there would have been more deaths.

The police say that when they arrived on receiving information, they found one of the accused injured. The arrested homosexual woman was interrogated during the provision of medical aid, but she refused to tell about the motives of the incident and the firearm used in the incident.

According to the police, the information obtained from the accused’s mobile indicated that he belonged to the gay category ‘Q’, i.e. Cure, and that he listed himself on Google as adult-oriented gay and bisexual. Gay nightclubs have introduced theme nights such as karaoke, drag shows and DJs.

This is not the first incident in the United States. Earlier in 2016, a gunman opened fire in a gay nightclub in Florida, killing 49 people.
