New Delhi: In the Indian state of Bihar, a speeding truck plowed into a temple congregation.
According to Indian media reports, 12 people including 7 children were killed in an accident that occurred in Vaishali district on Sunday evening.
The police say that the truck driver was also killed in the accident, while many people were injured, some of whom are in critical condition.
The Indian Prime Minister while expressing his regret over the accident has announced to give 2 lakh rupees to the families of the dead and 50 thousand rupees to the injured.
