MUMBAI: Indian actor Balapathy Priyanth Rao has been arrested for allegedly forcing a junior actress to have an abortion after he allegedly sexually assaulted her.
Telugu film industry actor Balapati Priyanth Rao has been arrested by the Jubilee Hills Police in Hyderabad.
According to Hyderabad police, the accused was absconding for several months after the application filed by the junior actress.
In this regard, the victim actress says that Balapati Priyanth Rao not only sexually assaulted her but also humiliated me.
According to police officials, Balapathy Priyanth Rao started his career with the Telugu film ‘Kotaga Ma Yavara’ and during the shooting of the same film, he met a junior actress. Priyanth married her two months after meeting. and since then the relationship between the two was going on.
Priyanth sexually assaulted the junior actress on the pretense of marriage and when the junior actress got pregnant, the actor started blackmailing her and damaged the actress’ health by giving her abortion pills.
