According to the Indian media, military exercises were going on in the city of Jhansi, India. Two army personnel including a junior commissioned officer were killed when the barrel of a T90 tank of the Indian Army exploded during the firing exercises.
According to the military authorities, an investigation into the incident has been ordered. T90 tanks are Russian made and are considered as the main weapon of Indian Army.
