Lucknow: Indian police foiled an attempt to misrepresent a woman’s prayer in a hospital in India.
According to Indian media, a video of a patient’s nurse praying outside the ward of a government hospital in the state of Uttar Pradesh went viral on WhatsApp groups and other social media platforms.
Along with the video, it was written on social media that it is illegal to pray in public places, after which many people asked the question on social media that if someone prays for the recovery of their loved ones, what is wrong with it.
According to Indian media, after the video went viral, the police said in a tweet that after investigation, it was found that the woman was praying for the patient’s speedy recovery.
The police added that the woman’s offering of prayers does not fall under the category of crime in any way. False news of filing a case was spread.
