Washington: The United States has imposed sanctions on suppliers of drones to Iran.
In a statement issued by the US Treasury Department, it has been said that 6 senior officials and board members of the drone supplier company to Iran have been banned. The company was already banned in 2013.
The assets of the victims of the US sanctions have been frozen and they will not be able to make financial transactions with any bank or international organization. The US has imposed sanctions on Iran for supplying drones to Russia in the Ukraine war. Iran has denied supplying Russia with drones.
