Iran opened all gates at Taftan border after 2 days

Chagai: Iran has opened all gates at Taftan border after two days of closure.

According to Deputy Commissioner Chagai Badal Dashti, in view of the recent clashes in Zahedan, the Iranian authorities had closed the immigration, transit and zero point gates on Saturday and Sunday. On Monday, the Iranian authorities have opened all the gates as usual.

The immigration and transit gates remained open, normal activities were restored. It should be remembered that the border was closed by the Iranian authorities after the clash in Zahedan, the capital of Sistan-Baluchistan province.
