Washington: Karachi-based businessman Jabarmoutiwala won 3 cases against the British government.
Jaber Motiwala’s lawyers had filed a case against the British government for visa cancellation, illegal detention and payment of legal expenses, which was decided in Jaber Motiwala’s favour.
The Royal Court of Justice ordered the Home Office to pay damages and also restored the multiple entry visa of Jaber Motiwala.
It should be noted that Jaber Motiwala was arrested by Scotland Yard from Aguirre Road at the request of the United States.
