Michelle Yeoh: The first Malaysian actress to win a Golden Globe Award

Michelle Yeoh has become the first Malaysian actress to win a Golden Globe Award.

He was given the award for his outstanding performance in ‘Everything Everywhere All at Once’.

After receiving the award, Michelle Yeoh said, “I want to stand here and take in this scene for a while, it took 40 years to get here.”

In the film, Michelle plays the role of Evelyn Wang, a middle-aged Chinese immigrant on an adventure to explore other universes.

Michelle’s co-star Kay Kwan won a Golden Globe Award for Best Supporting Actor.

The film has won 172 international awards till now.
