Pyongyang: North Korea has tested three short-range ballistic missiles off the coast of Japan.
South Korea’s military spokesman said three missiles were fired from south of the North Korean capital Pyongyang on Saturday morning.
A military spokesman says that after North Korea’s continued missile tests, it has increased its surveillance of its border areas, while exercises with the United States will continue.
On the other hand, Japan’s Ministry of Defense said in a statement that North Korea’s suspected ballistic missiles fell into the water towards the east coast.
According to Japan’s Ministry of Defense, the missiles that were fired flew up to an altitude of about 100 km and traveled a distance of 350 km.
