An extraordinary session of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) has condemned the provocative visit of an Israeli minister to Al-Aqsa Mosque and reiterated the central importance of the Palestinian issue.

According to the Arab media, the meeting of the OIC was chaired by the Secretary General, in which the Israeli policies and actions against the Al-Aqsa Mosque and occupied Jerusalem have been rejected, declaring that Jerusalem is close to the heart of the entire Islamic Ummah.

At the end of the extraordinary meeting, a 17-point declaration was also issued by the OIC, in which, apart from condemning Israel, Muslim countries, international institutions, organizations, religious leaders and human rights organizations were drawn to this important issue. Is.

Earlier, last week, Pakistan also strongly condemned the visit of the Israeli minister to the Al-Aqsa Mosque.
