Karachi: 16 Indian fishermen were arrested during an operation in the open sea by Maritime Security.
According to the details, the Maritime Security Agency has taken action in the open sea.
In this regard, the spokesman says that 2 Indian boats were taken into custody for illegal hunting in Pakistani territory.
Spokesperson Maritime Security Agency said that 16 fishermen on Indian boats were arrested.
The spokesman said that the Indian fishing crew was arrested for violating Pakistani law and the United Nations Convention on the Sea and after initial investigation, the caught fishermen were handed over to Docks Police for further legal action.
