Dubai: National cricket team fast bowler Shaheen Shah Afridi left for London from Dubai to recover from injury.
According to Naji TV, the Pakistan Cricket Board has confirmed that left-arm fast bowler Shaheen Afridi has left Dubai for London to recuperate from a knee injury (which ruled him out of the Asia Cup 2022). are
The Cricket Board said that they are confident that Shaheen Afridi will be fit before the T20 World Cup in Australia in October, but the decision to participate in the tournament will be made by the PCB medical team after checking his fitness.
The PCB said in its statement that Shaheen will remain in London under the supervision of the PCB’s Medical Advisory Panel, which also includes London-based Dr Imtiaz Ahmed and Dr Zafar Iqbal.
