Taliban government orders to close beauty parlors, women shops

Kabul: The Taliban government in Afghanistan ordered beauty parlors and female shopkeepers to close their shops.

According to Arab media, the Taliban has given 10 days to women in Afghanistan to close down beauty salons. It has also been decided to ban the working of women and girls in commercial centres.

Previously, the Taliban have banned girls from studying in universities, women from going to parks. The Taliban government is facing severe criticism from the international community for restricting women’s education and work.
