Those who hunted blind dolphins were detained by the police and the equipment was confiscated

Diliwala: The police detained those who illegally hunted blind dolphins in the Indus River and confiscated their goods.

According to the details, the wildlife department detained the fishermen who were hunting by applying electricity from the generator while conducting a grand operation in the Indus River on the border of Punjab Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Fishermen used to hunt blind dolphins and other fish by applying current, the accused had hunted and shared the pictures of dolphins on social media.

The wildlife department has registered a case and initiated action, the wildlife freed the blind dolphin and released it back into the water.
