Damascus/Anqar: 19 terrorists were killed in the operation of Turkey’s National Intelligence Organization (MIT) against the terrorist organization Daesh in Hashmali Syria.
Turkish media quoted security sources as saying that ISIS has formed a special cell in Syria to organize sensational operations against Turkish institutions, especially Turkish Armed Forces (TAF) personnel.
(MIT) with intelligence and operational support, local security forces affiliated with the Free Syrian Army (FSA) conducted operations in the areas of Operation Euphrates Shield and Operation Peace Spring. In these operations, 19 terrorists were inactivated. A large number of explosives, arms and ammunition were seized from the area.
The captured Daesh cell members have admitted to conducting intensive reconnaissance activities against TAF base areas and Turkish institutions in Syria, targeting TAF vehicles in Syria.
